Does alkalescence water really have such a big effect?

So far, WHO has no health guidelines based on PH. Of course, the pH value of water is close to the pH value of blood, that is, 7.35-7.45 is the best. But in human evolution, from drinking natural water, well water to nearly one hundred years of tap water, the pH value is between 6.5-8.5, so in this range, the human body has a strong pH buffer and the ability to adjust. The pH value is mainly taken into consideration of the effect on the pipeline. The high or too low pH value will corrode the pipe, and the pH value does not have a direct relationship with the health of the human body.

The environment inside the human body is very stable, outside acid or alkali cannot change PH value. There is no acid physique in medicine. Some chronic diseases, which may lead to accumulation of acid waste in the human body, are not an accumulation of acidic waste, which cannot be reversed.
